Campus Townhomes are our Prestigious Student Housing located right across the street from SUU Campus. Each Unit has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Every bedroom has its own bathroom inside the room. We limit the townhomes to 4 students per unit making for a great environment for peaceful living. Two bedrooms are private rooms with queen beds, and 1 bedroom is a shared room with a shared bathroom, twin beds.

Our students tend to lease here year after year until they finish their degree. The location is amazing and the accommodations are the best Cedar City has to offer.
